Xenon headlight starting to fog/discolor internally

The Xenon headlamp enclosures on my car are starting to fog slightly when the lights are turned on. There also seems to be a discoloration on the inside of the enclosures, as if the bulbs started to burn the inside of the lens plastic ever so slightly.

Has anyone been successful in getting the enclosures swapped out by the dealer under warranty?

If they are under your warranty then I see no reason why they should replace them as it sound like one of the seals have gone which would make them faulty goods.
