Sat Nav "no signal"

I have the Audi Navi-plus (C type?) from 2002. (Audi A4, 2002).

I have had some problems with it, had to take it out of the dashboard, but mainly today it is working, but for one thing : now the Navigational part of it seems to be receiving no signals from the Satelites (available 30, receive 0).

Are there anybody who can guide me to a solution ?

Check that the GPS aerial is properly connected at the back of the unit.
It should have a plastic rotating cap on top of the connector that stops it coming out
