Help.Hazard Light on Dashboard

Hi i have a problem i need some advice on

the Hazard triangle on the dashboard is lit up ..light is on (not flashing) and will not go off even after i have locked and alarmed the car.

At night i take the battery off to avoid the battery getting discharged

i dont think this is normal

....any advice appreciated.

Sounds strange this one does... i take it if you leave it 30 mins it is still on??

My advice would be to look at replacing the switich..

The part number you require if its a Audi A4 2002 B6 onwards is 8H0 941 509

When you go to the Audi garage provide them the part number and ask them to just double check this is for your car... (im sure it is)

I would expect this part to be about £10-15.
its worth a try to start with i would think.... you could even ask while in the dealer at the trade counter, my only conern is if the swtich work perfectly it could be something to do with the module not shuting down which is draining the power??
