Default Transmission Replacement

I need some help. I bought my 2003 A4 a month ago and took it in because it was making a bad noise like the transmission or egine was going to fall out. They foudn that transmission needs to be replaces because there was little transmission fluid in the car. Also they found that the car had had some suspension work down that was never disclosed. The warranty I purchased doesn't cover it because of it being transmission fluid based.

I talked to the servie guy at the Audi dealer and he said this is the worse he has seen on a transmission and that it has been going on for sometime. I spoke to the dealer I bought it from and they were blaming me saying there was never any work done on it when I bought and there was noting wrong. I knwo that in the month I bought I couldnt' have damaged this car like it is and that the dealer said everything in the car was inspected and ok, that was confirmed by the General Manager of the dealer where I bought it. Apparnetly that isnt' the case, as it has had work done to it.

I am stuck with a car I can't drive and don't have money to repair because the warranty was supposed to take care of it.

Can someone tell me do I have a case or am I just an idiot for beleiveing I do? Any help please!!!!

Wow, I would recommend talking to the BBB, Better Business Bureau. Its who picks on the company thats picking on you. Sometimes mentioning the fact will get results to avoid any problems. Just a thought.
