Default 2.5 TDI V6 Quattro help please

Hi guys

my new toy has an issue, its dropping big smoke clouds out the rear when i boot it, it happens in 1st and 2nd gear mostly, it also does it in 3rd 4th 5th and 6th when i put my foot down,

The car also seems to have a big Turbo lag, in 1st gear, its not that fast off the mark, sluggish, then the revs get to 3k and it all goes like a rocket, and the people behind are left in a foggy haze as i enter 2nd gear, then its the same as i enter 3rd gear,

In 5th and 6th it seems to not be that livery in fact in 6th with the foot right down it feel like the car is bogged down and losing power,

now iv been told that the inter cooler may be blocked, im not sure if it is as iv not taken it off,

any advise will be great fully read,

Regards

Paul

its a 2001 with full service history, iv had it to bits today, turned out to be a faulty actuater servo thing, i cant spell it or name it right, but its a round silver thing that opens and closes whith the exzorst gases, it too ages to get at and get off to clean up, they dont give you any room to work on the v6 engines, everything is compacted and squeezed into a small space,

i will get some pics up tomorrow,

You never gonna believe but i can't get the "oldies" out of the S4!!
They are in their 80'S & were "horrified" when i first got the S4. Frightened them silly at the potential speed but he did spend hours with the hood up drooling over the engine.
NOW....i can't get them out of it!
Yesterday, my day off, was spent driving them here, there and everywhere.
They think it's the best car ever.
Well.......they aren't wrong are they!

HELP

Are the ankle biters still doing their biting??
