A4 Tdi Measuring Block Test

anybody tell me how to do a measuring block test using vagcom? i think cars overfuelling as theres a strong smell of diesel fumes coming from the exhasust and i think it may be tempreature sensor(so ive been told) unless you have any other idea's A4 TDI 130 AWX ENGINE 2001 (B6)

If it is one of your sensors malfunctioning it should show up on VAG-COM anyway without doing a block test??

Is the car running bad/ missfiring/lack of power etc apart from the smell ??
