foot well/ under door lighting

hi i am wondering if it is poss to add lights to these locations i have found the ones on the under side of the door card but would have to cut the hole and have found the one on the pass side, is the wiring already there? i felt round in the hole (haha) on the pass side an felt some wires but not sure if there the ones/

All A4 came with the door lighting... (Uk anyway0.. the door lighting is side light... ie if the open the door other cars can see the door light and see its open...

in regards to under door.... its not standard..
