Iridium plugs upgrade.

Thinking of changing the stock spark plugs for some iridium ones.

Is it worth doing ? as they cost quite a bit more.

Will i gain any performance or increase in power of any kind as a friend of mine has put some in his motorbike and says they worked wonders for him.

Found a supplier selling NGK OR DENSO with the denso ones costing more.Which is a better plug out of these two?
