H&R Springs

Dudes,
I am thinking of replacing my stock springs in my A4 1.8T with H&R springs to lower my car. My worry is with the stock absorber. Has anyone come across any problems installing the springs with the stock absorber. Which spring would prefectly match my stock absorber.

eventually the shocks will rematurly blow so its best to upgrade them also, if u have the money i say get coilovers

I am trying not to compromise much of the comfort on my car. Any ideas? Thanks for your response....

As long as you dont go lower than 50mm (which i dont think h&r do anyway) you should be fine. I ran lowering springs on standard shocks for a year an had no probs.
