In the Mobile phone shops these klits go for £120 GBP and with fitting for about £210.00... however you can buy them on ebay for around £50.

Hi
I have fitted the nokia ck-7w bluetooth
Works fine, i've mounted mine behind the glovebox
Only 4 wires
Well only 3 if you don't want to mute the stereo when your making and recieveing calls.
These wires can all be taken from the back of the stereo if you want.
They are +/- and ignition live.
Then theres the mic and speaker but they just plug in.
The mic wire will go up the windscreen pilar and along the headlining easy.
The speaker can go where you like.
Good Luck

i suppose if you find the wires from your existing kit that go to the speakers.
you could cut the speaker wire on the new kit and join them to that.
But some kits have an amplified output i think so be careful.

Rick,

It's worth looking round there are some wiring kits to do this for you I found one for my previous car (Jaguar X-Type) but I know they did them for the audis as well.

I will try to find the link when I'm back home to the supplier

Right found the links

For Non Bose

http://www.siocommunications.co.uk/06-104B.html

For Bose

http://www.siocommunications.co.uk/06-088B.html

These leads give you the auto Mute function (Without chopping wires) and they use the front left Car speaker for the phone makes quite a neat job and easy to boot

They look a bit pricey so it may be worth looking round further I don't remember pay £50! for mine and I'm sure I woudn't have forgotton that kind of sting :P

Hope the above helps let me know how you get on

i also got a 6280.. had it since Jan.. its a good phone.. - the blue tooth will work with most kits... there no cradles for it,,, but who wants one of them anyway... blue tooth is the way forward

in the end up ie this post is a little old from when i placed it... i went out and got another bluetooth handset... £50... and a TOM TOM 500 with the hands free calling... so no longer require a kit... however i now fancy getting one for the sake of it!!! . may wait till i get me new car though... looking at a B7..

Cheers for your input..

Thanks to all.
