My 2003 A4 Q1.8T is still under warranty and my "dip lights" went out 3 & 4 days ago, successively. I live 50+ plus miles from my dealer and am working 60 hrs a week. I have the replacement bulbs. Can I perform this task myself without interfering with the warranty? Will it be a fairly simple task? I've barely had time to lift the hood to preview the task.
Thanx, Phlatrok |

Hi... not sure if you know how to do fit the bulbs... its really simple..
You need to take the headlight unit out if its on the left hand side (due to power steering reservoir, if on the right hand side you can just about get to the cover to remove it... If you need to remove the head lights .. it simple... 4 torque screws on the top.. undo and slide towards youself.... (place on something soft and remove the plastic cover and change bulb.. reinstall and tighten up..
