How Much Should I Offer For A 2003 A4, 3.0?

I'm considering buying a fully loaded 2003 A4, 3.0 quatrro, automatic, with sport package, from a private party. It has approx 20K miles on it.

I offered the guy $27,250. Would you consider that a good deal, or did I offer to much?

I tried using kelly blue book, but that webpage doesn't work on my machine for some reason.

sounds fine... in excelent condition KBB says its worth $27,820
