I just purchased a 2005 A4 3.0 Cabriolet about a week ago. It was driving fine, but about 5 days after the purchase (~600 miles) it started to hesitate at low RPM's. Then the check engine went on (solid). I brought it in to the shop but they don't seem to know what the problem is. Any ideas?

well.. if they didnt know what was wrong, they will as soon as the run a diagnostic on the engine. do you remember what the MFA (display between the speedo and tach) said when the check engine light came on?
