Thoughts On Price For A 2005 A4 1.8t?

I have an quoted price on the following new vehicle:

2005 A4 1.8T Quattro
Ultra Sport Package
Premium Package
Cold Weather
Lighting
Upgraded Stereo
Moro Blue paint

Quoted $35,884 USD

Now I've done my research and it seems to be about 5% over invoice. My question is, does this seem to be in line with what others have paid for similar options? Also, what are your thoughts on the B7 A4 pricing? Would I be able to get anywhere close to that amount for similar options w/ the 2.0T?

MSRP for that car is $36,920.... thats not too bad of a deal
