Hello all, im new to this site and joined to get more info on the A4's. I currently drive a '98 Eclipse GSX AWD that I have been considering selling. I was looking at getting an '02 A4 1.8T...however i have been looking up reliability on the 02's and have been encountering the Timing Chain Tensioner failure problem. Should I be worried about this and re-consider buying an A4? It'd be great if some A4 1.8T owners out there could share their problems so I know what to look out for. Thank you all, and I am happy to be a member of Audi-Forums.com.
