Hello there,

I am in a serious mood to buy an Audi A4 1.8T and need yr kind advise / input on the following:

a) Any upgrade I can do for the car to boost the power to 190PS? Wat is the cost and any code for the chip used? Understand UK version is now 190PS compared to the 163PS!

Is 18-inch rims recommended for this car?

c) Will lowering the car by 20mm suit the 18inch rims?

d) Can I retro fit Japanese HID lamp of 8,500 Kelvin for the headlamps? Do I need programing on the car?

e) Any major problem with this model since it's launch??

Would appreciate if some of you guys out there who can assist me.

if u havent bought yet i suggest u have a look at the 1.8 T 140kW..it has 17"mags with a lowered suspention of round about 20mm...the lok is absolutely fantastic and so is the power.u can get the same look with 18inch wheel and then just change the tyre from a standard 235/45/17 to a 245/35/18..will give u the same kinda look but bigger rims....but do have a look at the car first befre changing your...i own a black one so i suggest look for a black one first..ud be amazed
