About purchase of Audi S4?

hello everybody....
i am thinking of purchasing of the Audi S4...but i am a bit
confused.My dad was also having the same car four years back but the
car was quite noisy and was not too comfortable.
but yesterday my friend told me that Audi had make many improvements
over the previous one and sugessted me to go for the S4.
