Exclamation Fault Code P1545 Erradic Throttle

I have a 98 Audi A4 1.8T Quaddro and it have been sitting for about 2.5 months and it was fine before I parked it, and when I started it have a rough idle and the RPM would die and could not idle and car would die. I replaced the Throttle Body and now my car idles good at 1000rpm, but I got the same check engine light with the P1545 code as I stepped on the accelerator. I noticed now when I step on the accelerator the rpm falls when it gets to 1800rpm, however if I step on the accelerator hard and get the rpm above 3000rpm I can maintain the higher RPM.
The fault code P1545 reads (Manf Cntrl Veh. Spd., Idle speed Control Auxiliary Input). I suspect that I may have to have the throttle body alignment TBA done or maybe change my MAF, or have the Vaccum Lines or check valve replaced. Thank you I need help.

I fixed the problem by replacing the ECU, apparently some water got into the ECU unit through the coolate temperature sensor wiring, I was told that shorted out because I had a leak on sensor seal, and capillary action carried coolant to ECU. problem fixed.
