its pretty limited with the 2.8
intake and exhaust are pretty easy and fairly cheap.
turbo would be a custom set up but there is a supercharger kit out their i am sure someone will post a link to.

ya so i have heard that its was limited.. but i didnt know if it was possible to turbo without blowing it. the supercharger will cost like 5 but i figured that u may be able to get away with running the turbo at a low boot pressure ..

you can get a turbo for that car.but you would need to get an exhaust manifold custom fabricated..just pull the engine and throw in a 1.8t

to pull the engine and put in a 1.8t i might as well just buy an s4 engine .. i rather custom make a turbo to put in the car than downgrade to a 4 cylinder.. but is it possible to make a custom turbo kit?

downgrade?LMAO...it's apparent that you have no clue about what you are talking about..the performance capabilities are unlimited with the 1.8t.and as for the s4 motor,if thats what you really want,i actually have one for sale.2001 65k miles..let me know

ya the possibilities with the 1.8t are endless but it wont pull as hard as a s4 or a v6. id rather swap out for an engine with more power that is worth the money than a 1.8t than just to keep feeding money into it to build it up to an s4.

you apparently have no clue what you are talking about.the fastest b5 in the country is a 1.8t..many s4's try to keep up but they cant...thats why all the professional shops use the 1.8t or pull out the s4 motor and put a vw vr6 motor in it with a turbo...plus with a s4,you spend twice the money on all the parts, just to be slower than the 1.8t...do some research before you open your mouth next time because you are just making yourself look stupid

listen i have done my research and the fastest audi a4 in the world is an 2.7l s4 converted to a 3.0l.. but the money spent on the s4 parts are well worth it. everyone who i know that owns audis say that the s4 is well worth the money.

what ever dude..im not gonna sit here and go back and forth..the car you are talking about there is only 1 of them...if you check the records, the rest of the next 10 or so runner ups are all i.8t's...so let talk about consistency here...lol...and technically, the fastest a4 in the world is one with an inline 5cyl in it....it runs an 8.3 in the 1/4mile...so id say you need to re-research buddy!
