Hi there,
First, your link isn't quite right. Here is the right one:
2009 AUDI A4
I'm not exactly an Audi guru but I had a go at pricing that car new on the Audi Canada site and it comes in a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. Not sure if I've got exactly the same spec (I think I have) but it may be worth looking at a brand new one, then you can spec it however you wish. It looks like for another couple thousand dollars you can take it as high as you can go spec wise (with the same colour or another metallic colour/standard colour). With car sales not doing that well lately there may even be special deals at the dealers, such as free upgrades, deferred payments or generous trade-ins. I know our local dealers were doing deals on a few models recently.
It may be even worth pricing a new one anyway and using that to bargain the price down on that car. I think you're right having reservations on the price because even though it has only done 10K and is a few months old, it is still pre-owned. It also depend on whether you're able to wait on a new one or not, I guess.
Had a few Audis myself (admittedly older than this) and I highly recommend them. Can be expensive to repair sometimes but new ones shouldn't need anything doing and I think they come with a 6 year (120K) warranty?
Happy shopping
