Default t-fitting under intake manifold

Hello All -

I blew another hose; My turbo started chirping so I started with the hoses from the DV valve and worked my way around the engine. I located a T-Fitting under the intake manifold (pictured in attachment) with a hole I could stick a finger in.

Does anybody know the part number?

Also there seems to be a plastic valve of something on the hose leading to the suction pump.

Is that another part that should be replace too?

I found the parts and a DIY on a passat forum.

The 3-way hose is part of the PCV System.

I bought and installed all the parts on this DIY write-up and the the turbo no longer chirps.

The the PCV system was so clogged with sludge in only 60k, I can't imagine it was working properly before the 3 way hose blew.
