98 audi a4 cel help!!!!

i got some codes that r failing my ny state inspection the are p1129 long term fuel trim multi bank 1system too rich and p1129 long term fuel trim mult bank 2 system too rich and p1141 load calculationcross check range/performance can someone please give me some insight to where i should start looking or help with what the problem could be. its an early 98 audi a4 2.8 quattro
