Default Which motor is better?

im looking into getting an A4 and wanted to know which motor is better for an everyday driver car. Is it better to have a 1.8T or a 2.8?just looking for your opinions on them, anything would help. thanx

Well with the increase in fuel I would say go 1.8T but if fuel is not an issue and you have no plans to mod it then the 2.8 30v is the way to go.

the v6 is the more reliable motor but if your looking for modifications as docurley stated i would go with the 1.8t

thanx guys...i found 2 cars that i could possibly get and i wanted to know which one would be better, so i asked you my previous question. Loaded Audi A4 needs to go Cheap must go Lowered price
thats the first one i found which i was prety much ready to buy but then i found this one...

not too crazy about the burberry stuff but i can deal with it.

just wanted your opinions on which one you think is better.

ive seen the second one in person,a ver nice well done car.the owner is a very good guy and all the work done was done properly.such a gorgeous car in my opinion!!! good luck w/ ur desicion
