Car hesitation... Code found! Help

Hey. I own a 1997 Audi A4 Quattro. It's a 1.8l turbo 5 speed manual.

It has a Borla complete exhaust, K&N airfilter, and a MTM chip in it. THAT IS ALL.

The car has been running funny lately, hesitating when a lot of torque is needed. I changed the plugs, changed the air filter, changed the fuel filter, cleaned the injectors and changed the oil. Nothing.

I bough a vag-com ebay kit and ran the auto search. I got one code:

1. First off, whats this mean?
2. Second off, what do I do to fix my car?

This is kinda self explanetry "17963 - Charge Pressure: Maximum Limit Exceeded" The engine managament is reducing the boost pressure before you blow your engine, go back and see your tuner.
