ABS Light

I drive a 1998 2.8 A4, most times i drive it, after about 30-40mins sometimes quicker the ABS light comes on and stays on, if i turn the engine off and restart it, the light goes off and the process starts again. There doesnt appear to be any effect with braking. Is this just a faulty sensor or something that is going to cost me a lot??

Chances are the ABS Module is on it's way out as mine did the same thing.
