Default Window motor

I have a 2001 A4 and my right rear window stopped working. Does any one know how to and tools needed to replace the motor?

my question is are you sure its not the switch itself or is the motor completley dead?that was the issue with my driver side window.the switch had burned out but the motor was still functional.just making sure so you dont spen any money you dont have too...

Both of the switches are out (the one in back and my drivers side). I need to get the Repair Manual for it but its $100! I guess it will be to spend the cash; I need to do the front brakes also.
