hi everybody. how mach boost (psi or bar) is allowed in this model of audi.

Actually, I'm interested about both of them.

The standard turbo will boost to around 18psi depending on map but most maps will boost a stock turbo to around 15psi now for the engine which off my head I think safe boost is around 20-25psi on stock internals but I would not run a stock bottom end on anymore than 20psi before it will go bang.

Well if you have a 1.8t then you have loads of options from off the shelf to custom build it depends on what power you want and how much money you want to spend.

i don't want to change crankshaft and cumshaft ,pistons and other like that engine detiles. i want to change somthing like this: chip or map, intake....

if you know what time need to 0-100 km/h? in stok 150hp and in about 200hp?

Ok to get 200bhp (well may be a little less) then all you will need is a chip and new DV but to push just past that figure (Not worth it in my opnion) is to drop in a later K03s turbo which could see around 210-220bhp.

As for 0-60 times I dont have a clue but at a guess I would say around 6.5 Sec mark with a chip.

Induction kits will not give you any gains if anything you will loose power so stay with stock it works well.

Ok the DV= Diverter Valve or if a BOV= Dump Valve.

Chip or remap would have to be a company that is based in your country that provide the service if not you can find companies that sell chips on ebay or you may be able to post out your ECU to another country and have them do it that way.
