Ok, so I've been reading everywhere about service positions for the bumper and radiator and I'm a little confused.
Are there 2 service positions for the front bumper? One where the bumper and radiator swing out of the way, and one where everything moves forward a few inches? Does anyone have any links to write-ups about how to do both, if there are 2 positions? I might end up having to get at my belt tensioner soon. Thanks, KJ |

Bend over, lots of Vaseline. I bought a 2000 S4 that needed the timing belt and the cam cap seals cam chain tensioner seals, and valve cover gaskets all redone, the control arms and springs/struts were shot, and the rack puked on me too. Ouch. Just grab the porcelain and hang on, that seems to be the position I end up in.
