Default B5 A4 quattro rumbling, need advice help!

whatsup guys, just joined this site literally 10 minutes ago because ive been having problems with my car. Alreayd had to replace a 600 dollar part for my car and now christmas is about to begin and i dont want to ahve another problem with my car. While driving home from school the other day i felt my car shake and it wasnt from the bass of the music so i turned off the heat and music. It felt like it was coming from the muffler but i couldnt tell. It would shake the car and it would get loud at times and other times it would dull out. It has only occured 2 other times since then, and it only happens when im stopped at a stop light. It happened for the 3rd time today while driving to my girlfriends. But i noticed it wouldnt make the noise this time, unless i turned the sterring wheel just a little bit. If any of you guys have experienced a problem like this i would appreciate it if you could get back to me on it. Btw love the car, tis got 100,000 miles on it and still runs so nicely, wouldnt trade it for the world, definatly purchasing another audi after i get rid of this one
