Unknown Aftermarket headlights

can someone please tell me what these headlights are called? they seem slightly different than the valeo or angel eyes.

Could anyone tell me as well what Audi model this is?
Not seen that Audi before!!

They look just like aftermarket halo's. i just bought a pair for my '98 a4, the only thing is that the ones i could find either had a chrome or a black background. these ones look like they have a black background but the chrome from around the halo's travels back farther then most. sorry i can't be or more help
