I've been on the e-Styling Car Body Kits website and they don't seem to do A4's, only A3's.

there were some for sale on ebay in germany when i started this listing
however, the sports version of car that was before the a4 (100 or 80 or something like that) is also known as S4, so it could have been for that
as i dont speak german, the listing wasnt clear, so i wasnt sure
