Default lowering my sport

ive got a 2000 1.8 quattro sport. Thinking of lowering with PI, APEXI, or such like springs. Was wondering if any one has done this, as the sport model is all ready lowered, if it really made much diference. Ive looked on the site and couldn't find any thing mentioned before, cheers.

Coilover is the best but if you want to go springs then look at H&R Race springs they give a nice drop on Sport shocks.
