Hello Rob,look at this link RS Components: Duraseal™Heatshrinkable Terminals - Cables and Connectors These connectors are the best type for electrical work and once crimped use a hair dryer on low speed and moderate heat to seal the plastic coating.Dont solder the wires s the risistance will cause a malfuction on the airbag circuit and could trigger the airbag,also destatic yourself before touching the circuit as any staitic from your fingers could trigger the airbag.
