Starting problems (sometimes)
Hi. I have a strange problem with my 1998 A4 2.6. When the motor is cool, it doesn't have any starting problems. BUT when it has a little time running, for example 10 - 15 minutes and I turn off the motor (you know, for a starbucks stop) when I want to start it again, SOMETIMES it doesn't work.
When it happens, I try harder pumping gas, and sometimes after 4-6 tries, it starts but with a strange high acceleration problem. After a while, the motor rpm stabilizes and then I can drive with any abnormal function.
Sometimes, even though the motor is hot, I don't experience any starting problem.
some good day I take the car to the dealer, but the computer didn't find anything abnormal.
