S4 body upgrades

Looking into some slight S4 upgrades for my 01 a4. A junk yard locally has the front bumper in very good shape, is this a direct fit onto my car?

Also, wondering if the side lower mouldings and side skirts are any different between the A4 and S4... besides the S4 pieces being painted. Also, the rear lower valance, is the S4 one any different and would it be a direct swap to my A4?

You will need the bumper iron and the shocks to fit the bumper and all will bolt on, the side are different and will make all the difference to the look of the car so get them if you can get them .
