Front Wheel bearing

Does the front wheel bearing for an A4 have one inner opening thats slightly larger than the other one? I purchased a bearing and this is how the new bearing is, I'd like to know before I tear the car apart.

Yes you are correct,if you fit it the wrong way the hub wont fit
