Default powerflex bushes

anyone have these fitted?
just had my A4 serviced, and it was pointed out that some of the bushes in the arms had worn a bit.
powerflex say they supply 8 bushes (4 each side) for the front of the A4
how hard is it to press out 8 bushes, and put 8 new ones in?

i was planning on taking all the arms off myself, and taking them to a local engineering firm to get it done. are we talking an hour labour? 2, 3....

ive replaced my control arms by myself its not that hard just bolts. well and getting the lower balljoints out. but you get those out by smacking it with a BFG(big fugly hammer) it being the bottom of the knuckle.
