anyone have a chip in their car??

alright so i am checking out to get a chip for my car. its the 2.8 a4 btw. I checked into GIAC and they have one!! but.. for $300 its 6-10 hp and 6-10 tq gain.. does anyone have this? is it worth it? and another thing, the same chip is $495 for the 1.8T and its 35-55hp and 55-60tq. gain!!.... i guess i chose the wrong a4 to get, lol...haha....if anyone has this or any one like it for a 2001 a4 2.8 that would be some helpfull info!! thanks!!

so he claims an extra 17bhp, nearly 10% extra
thats very good for a normally aspirated engine

btw, you never chose the wrong car

) the 1.8t has a top speed of around 140mph or 225kph and 0-100kph in 8.9 secs
where we can go to 155mph or 250kph and 0-100kph in 7.6 secs
hopefully i dont spark a big debate, but thats what it says on the internet

yeah the chip for the 2.8 is a joke compared to the one for the 1.8T...i've heard that its worth the $300 to get it though (awe-tuning)

def it moves your rev limiter up to 7100rpms and it pulls all the way up to it, after i got my chip i can pull 62-64 in second
