99 2.8 quattro, 70000miles on, The clutch is now really hard to push in.
I guess it's time to change it. I searched a little bit and found centerforce clutch cost about $435 and Throw out bearing should be ordered seperate. Is the clutch any good? And where should I get the Throw out bearing for this? If you know another good clutch please recommend me! Thanks~ |

yeah its a good idea. i replaced mine at 60,000. Sachs is the oem. Which is about $276.95 for a full kit(check out Discount Car Parts Stuff - Car Accessories & Truck Accessories - Cheap Auto Parts - Car Cover - Floor Mats - Cargo Liner) i found a sachs stage 2 set up off ebay, i guess i got lucky because i cant find it anywhere to give you a link. A good friend has a 1.8t with a k04 upgrade and runs like 240bhp with a centerforce stage 2, he told me to check out Performance International - Products for a full kit and the t.o. bearing. $417.87 and the t.o. is $51.50.
