'99.5 A4: What CD Cartridges WIll Work

I need to repace the CD changer cartridge in my 99 A4. Where can I get aftermarket cartridges? What is the OEM brand and part number? Any advice will be appreciated.

Your changer is made by Matsu****a (parent company of Panasonic), ebay is littered with OEM Audi Changer magazines. I am not sure if any Panasonic magazines would work or not.
