just curious, is 7,3000 milage high for an 99 Audi A4 2.8?? usually what would be the max for this model? Thanks!

no its not high... 73K on a 8 year old car.... its only 9100 miles a year...

just ensure the CAM belt (timing belt) has been changed at 60K

my car has 100,000 and it runs better than some new cars. i test drove an 04 acura tsx sport package, and an 05/06subaru legacy and both cars couldn't even compare to my car. so if u take good care of them they'll last forever!!!

I would agree with mandoh,my wifes A3 1.8T has now reached 143k and runs sweet,some say the older vag engines like the 1.8 in the golf were just run in at 100k.It all boils down to regular serving to mantain its running life.
