Key FOB

Happy Newbie to this Audi forum. I've loved my previous forums for help with my Maxima and Land Rover and by the looks of it...this site will be no different.
Can I get a 2 or 3 button blade key and have it reprogramed for my 96? My car has a 2 button key fob. I would appreciate any info. Thanks

You may be able to use it if the frequency code is the same but the boot option will not work. If your car never had a key fob then your car never had the module to use it installed.
