Default Just got car back today... Need help!!

I got my car today after I had it taken to a different place because the first place Fed it up bad! We did the correct timing on it and replaced the coil pack and plugs since one coil pack was broken and not firing 2 of the cylinders. After letting it run for awhile to let computer adjust to the correct timing, it now has a lifter tick(probably #2 Driver side middle) and it smokes when sitting for more then 5 minutes from under the car and out the rear wheel wells.
A few people told me and the mechanic said that it will clear out in a few days because Cyl 6 was soaking wet with gas from not firing because of a broken coil pack.
Other then the lifter ticking and the smoke it runs ok. What would all of you say? Think that this should clear out in a few days?

I unhooked the negative battery cable for 5 min. The motor seems to run ok with the lifter tick but the exhaust sounds like its clogged but it ran fine before I had the car first worked on. It ran perfectly.

Cat dead on just one side? 4,5 and 6 which are on the drivers side of the motor are misfiring. Not the otherside.
