air bag light!

ok another problem with my electrical system i think...a few days ago my airbag light came on on my dash consol..my ? is why?????!

Chris,

I had this problem with my car as well, what is the mileage on your car, as previously, it was noted that alot of people were getting the airbag light show up on their cars at around the 100k mark.

It turned out i had a loose connection under the passenger seat (which is where the cables are).

Have a look under here and under your seat to make sure all plugs are properly connected, however to clear the light, you will need a reset tool, or know someone that has VAGCOM.
