front suspension knock

hi there,

i have a 97 2.8 quattro and i'm getting a knock at low speeds when going over speed bumps and rough tracks at slow speeds, can sort of feel it coming up thro steering wheel too.

also the car seems to wander about the raod a bit too, not much but its noticable!

if anyone can shed any light on which of the many front suspension components could be worn i'd be very much obliged!!!!

might be your control arms or ur alignment

i bought the car 5 months and have done 7k miles since, when it had a new mot in which it got new TCA's, however i dont know what manufacturer. could they wear out that quickly?!

what manufacturer would you guys recomend?

has anyone fitted poly bushes, if so was it a success??
