Annoying Steering arm!!!

hey guys, i've been driving my car lately and everytime i turn the wheel i hear this really obnoxious noise. kind of like a rusty noise. it's not a clicking or anything. u cant really hear it from the outside, but u can really hear it from the inside. if u have any ideas on wat it is please let me know!!!! thank you

could be the steering colum bush is dry and needs some grease.My A3 does this as well and my friend tells me it is lack of grease on the colum joints.

yea my friend said the same exact thing, but the only prob is, is that i dont no how to get to it. i'm either goin to have to take apart the dash board or do it from underneath the car. but it's getting really bad so i dont no if i have to replace the bushing or not.
