Reverse Polarity, Jump Start

Ok, i'll admit it. I tried jump starting my Audi A4 after arriving from a trip, however I put the jumper cables on backwards. They were backwards for about 1 minute and the car started. Now I can't get it to start at all. Engine turns but I don't get any spark to the plugs. I checked all fuses but alas still no spark. I guess the backwards jump scrambled something but any ideas how to proceed? And yes I am a dope.

Your first step will be to get your ECU fixed

Oh dear, I am afraid ^^^^^ is right, you have prob fried the engine ECU, maybe the imobiliser/alarm, i would get it tested before spending any money on it.
