Default Knocking Noise

Hi all,

Me again

OK, noticed the other day, when i was turning right, the car was making a knocking noise coming from the front drivers side wheel area....

Any ideas what this could be??

Any help, as always will be appreciated.

Thanks
Nilz

Hi Nilz
It could be several things a CV, wheel bearing, strut,
does it do it if you take off fast?
do you get a clunk giong over speed humps slow?
does it just make one knocking noise, like something coming out of it's socket.
What year is your car?

If it goes clack clack when turning tight at very low speed, it's sure to be a CV joint. These need occasional servicing to check for wear & replace boots if split. When you take it in, have them do BOTH sides. I had one done last month, now going back for the other side - stupid
