Hello I am new here

; I am thinking of purchasing a 1999 or 2000 manual transmission Audi A4 fully loaded or half loaded as my first car. I want to know all the features that this car will offer, like do they have hid lights and etc. Is this car fun to drive? I am looking for performance, technology, and luxury. Will this Audi offer that? Thanks.
