ok heres the scoop i got an 97 a4 with a 99 motor. a GIAC(w/k04 upgrade chip) ko4 turbo upgrade with a new diverter valve as well as 380cc injectors and an n75j valve. i have this problem mainly in 3 4 5 gear sometimes 2. when i get on it the boost will start to surge from 14-20 ps1 and even some times when i play with the pedal and it hold the boost will start dropping down to like 10 psi almost. i got a 3 bar fpr in there but when i switch to the 4 bar the car kind of ****s on itself. i asked dub werks and they say its cause of the ko4. but it still did it with the k03. they say its cause the turbo spools to fast not letting it balance itself out. and i now theres guys out there with my setup that are runnin fine. im thinking mabey exhaust cause it cant let it all out but besides that im stumped. it should be at about 20-21 psi. if anyone out ther can me out that would be awsome.
THanks
